  1. Short Interspersed Elements (SINEs): Structure, Evolution, Transcription, and Transcript Processing.
  2. SINEs and Satellite DNA as Tools to Study Host Phylogeny.
  3. Small SINE-Related RNAs.
  4. Small Nucleolar RNAs (snoRNAs) and Their Host Genes.

    Identification of nucleotide sequences and some proteins involved in polyadenylation of RNA transcribed by Pol III from SINEs
